Methodology & data provenance

Shared-document companion

Shared site reports join measured building-footprint evidence with public grid, market, connectivity and water context. They are screening instruments, not utility service commitments or engineering studies.

What is measured

Building footprint area and structure count are from measured imagery-derived building polygons joined to a site parcel record.

What is modeled

Load, service headroom, delivery paths, feeder and substation spare, flexible-operation capacity, design sizing, capital and revenue are stated model outputs. Each carries an approximately ±40% band unless a source states a narrower boundary.

What meter-side data replaces

Interval load, tariff and rider data, service capacity, operational load shape, tenant occupancy and water-account data replace the relevant modeled terms.

Privacy boundary

A shared extract is an immutable single-asset snapshot. It contains no other candidate, ranked-site list, metro point cloud, or live market refresh.

Defined scope. AsimovGrid does not represent that a shared extract is a capacity reservation, utility feasibility study, construction design or binding commercial forecast.
